1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Crypto Buffy Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Crypto Buffy Bot is an automated trading software that executes cryptocurrency trades on your Hyperliquid account using AI models. The service operates through API keys you provide and does not custody or control your funds.
3. Eligibility & Compliance
You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that your use of this service complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for determining whether cryptocurrency trading and the use of automated trading software is legal in your jurisdiction.
4. Account & API Keys
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must use trading-only API permissions (no withdrawal access). We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your Hyperliquid account resulting from compromised API keys or wallet credentials.
5. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Leveraged trading amplifies both potential gains and losses. You assume full responsibility for all trading activity conducted through the service, including any losses incurred.
6. No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding the performance of our AI models or the profitability of trades. Past performance, including backtested results, does not guarantee future results. The AI models may underperform, malfunction, or produce losses.
7. Fees & Billing
The service includes a 30-day free trial from the date of account creation. After the trial period, a 5% performance fee applies to new profits above the high-water mark. Fees are calculated and invoiced every 30 days. Payment is due in USDC on the Arbitrum network within the grace period specified on your invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of trading services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Buffy Bot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading capital, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crypto Buffy Bot and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
10. Software Provided As-Is
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may stop using the service and revoke your API keys at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment of fees, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain due.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
